My name is Benin, I am a 30 yrs old woman from France who works as a freelance chef. Due to the fact that I am away most of the time, the house is often vacant and calm throughout the day.

Located on a quiet street, the home features two bedrooms, and separate living room/kitchen/shared bathroom on the ground floor.

In addition, I have a small garden, big enough to qualify as a decent outside space where one can relax and take in some fresh air.

The bedroom on offer can be described as a room of adequate size, big enough to fit a regular double bed, with enough space to manoeuvre, whilst also including a small built in wardrobe with enough space to hang clothes and store possessions. The room also receives an abundance of natural light, with a window view giving onto the street's back gardens, as the room is located at the back of the house, allowing for a quiet peaceful environment.

Additional information:

I have a cat that roams in and out of the home, that said, there is no cat litter in the house, and therefore there are no cat odours so to speak.

Smokers are also welcome, although we smoke in the garden and not inside the home.
