Our housemates are sadly moving out and so we have 1 bed available in our 4-bed in Tooting Broadway from 9th August 2026!

4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a garden (unreal in summer ☀️) and a random outside toilet lol. Roughly 8 min walk from Tooting Broadway tube and mainline. Super close to the high street, market and everything weird & wonderful Tooting has to offer 🤪

Rooms comes fully furnished. We’ve also got a big basement which is great for storage.

Rent: £875 (Excl bills - roughly £80 a month).

Must be earning min 30k due to referencing. Contract start date is 9th August 2026.
