The apartment is a two bed flat on the second floor in a modern estate (Hale Village) There's a 24h gym (£20pm no contract) a retail park just across the road and great rail and tube connections (Victoria Line) I'm a quiet person who works full-time, so I would expect the same from my lodger. I don't drink or smoke and I don't bring parties over. If you are a tidy and quiet person then this is a place for you.
