Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a South Quay / Canary Wharf apartment as I will be moving in with a friend.

The flat is a bright double room located in Lincoln Plaza (South Quay). It is very close to the South Quay DLR (3 mins) which is very convenient. The room has a lovely view + access to the balcony so you can have a nice space to relax.

All bills included and you have full access to building amenities: gym, swimming pool, games room, meeting room, sauna/steam room, cinema, etc. The facilities are kept very clean and I really enjoy the gym here. There is also a free weekly cleaning service for communal areas provided by the landlord so the place is always kept tidy.
