I’m moving out of my beautiful apartment near Olympic Park and looking for someone to take over my room. It’s a double ensuite in a fully furnished, high-spec flat that’s in excellent condition.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and had a really great experience with the agency managing the property — which is honestly a rare find in London! The flat includes underfloor heating, a dishwasher, and everything is already set up (bills, Wi-Fi, etc.), so moving in is super easy.

The location is fantastic: Hackney Wick Station is about 0.25 miles away (around a 5-minute walk), Stratford International is about 0.5 miles, and Stratford Station — with Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR, and National Rail lines — is about 0.8 miles, so commuting anywhere in London is really convenient. There’s also loads to do nearby with great amenities, parks, and restaurants.

You’d be sharing with two other female young professionals who are tidy, respectful, and lovely to live with.
