I have a large, bright furnished double room with its own bathroom available in my lovely flat in Maida Vale. The flat is within a gated development just off Harrow Road, and is a short walk to Royal Oak station, with Warwick Avenue and Paddington not too far either.

It's a nice, quiet flat and you'd be sharing it with just myself, a language tutor. I'm looking for a tidy, considerate working professional or student (female) to rent the room.
