We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and easygoing flatmate to take a lovely double room in our flat in the heart of Marylebone (W1H 2NL)

**The Room**
A well-proportioned double bedroom with plenty of natural light. The room comes unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it your own and you also have the option to purchase the current bed and drawers from the outgoing flatmate if helpful.

**The Flat**
The flat is clean, well-maintained and in the process of being furnished (living room). Including a large space for a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials and 1.5 bathrooms. There is also a lift and a concierge working in the building 9-5 Mon-Fri to accept any deliveries, etc. It’s a relaxed home - somewhere we can enjoy a chat over dinner while also respecting each other’s space
