I am moving out at the end of this month and need someone to take over my tenancy. The flat is beautiful with a large kitchen, huge living room and the bedroom has LOADS of storage.

The flat is located a 5-10 min walk from West Hampstead underground (jubilee line), overground and Thameslink, making it really well connected!
You’d be living with Lia (student) and Yumi (research assistant) who are both really friendly and sociable but also respect personal space.
Move in date can be flexible after 21st March, deposit needs to be paid before 20th.
Rent comes out on 1st of the month and bills are shared between housemates, coming to around £150 pcm.
