We are two engineers both working in the city and we are looking to fill a double bedroom available in a 3 bed maisonette flat situated near Newington Green. The flat is perfect for a professional working in the city.

The flat is spacious and was renovated just before we moved in and still looks like new. The flat is split over two floors, with downstairs consisting of a separate kitchen and spacious living room with a balcony, with a separate downstairs toilet. Then upstairs has the bedrooms and the shared bathroom. The room available is the biggest of the 3 in the flat with 12.8 m^2 of floor space. The room is furnished with a bed, large chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.

Being so close to Newington Green is great with lots of great cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby. Clissold park is also just a short walk away. The area is well connected with several major bus routes leaving from Newington Green to the city, along with overground tubes from Dalston and Cannonbury just over a 10 minute walk away.

A bit about us, we're two professionals in our mid 20s who enjoy a sociable but relaxed home life. We're happy to have people over but are also respectful of downtime and quiet evenings in.

We're looking for someone easy going, clean and tidy and respectful of the shared spaces.

The flats bills are not included in the rent and amount to ~£110 per month
