🛏️ - The Room: Bills and council tax are included. A deposit is required along with advance payment of one month of rent. £1,350 per month, massive north-facing double ensuite (with a bathtub!) and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and wardrobe.

🏡 - The House: We've got a huge living space, a big ole kitchen, a growing garden, and lots of happy light! We are a non-smoking, drug and alcohol free, no pet, no pork, no shoes household xx

Accessibility: The rooms are all upstairs so unfortunately it’s not accessible for wheelchair users.

🚉 - The Location: Cute and quiet residential area of Shepards Bush, postcode W12. Conveniently located by plenty of main bus routes to Central London (207, 260, 218, 306) We are a 15-minute walk from Shepards Bush Market Station (Hammersmith and City/Circle Line) and 15-minute walk from Ravenscourt Park station (District Line). 7 minute bus ride to the Central Line and Shepards Bush Overground Station.

Supermarkets: Big Tesco round the corner, and Co-op a few minute walk away. We are very close to many local vendors with wonderful fresh produce. Lots of lovely cafes, pubs, and restaurants around. Westfield Shopping Center is a 10 minute bus ride away. Lots of access to gyms/pools in the area (David Lloyd, Phoenix Leisure Center).

👬 - About me: My name is Maryam (29, she/her) and I’m a freelance researcher working in the Arts. I enjoy long walks, swimming, poetry, and studying plant medicine. I love nature, music, language, dancing, cooking and tasting everything I can. I mainly work from home and travel quite frequently. I am very clean, polite and respect people’s privacy. I like the home to feel like a serene sanctuary, kept clean and welcoming.

You'll be living with 4 women both aged 24-30 😊. We are a friendly house, we enjoy a catch up and snacks in the living room, but also respect each other’s space. We are looking for someone who will fit in with the house, it has been a lovely fit so far and would love for the same chill dynamics.

🏳️ - Languages: I really like languages, and can speak English, Farsi, and some Arabic.

🔎 - What are we looking for? Looking for people willing to stay at least 3 months (preferably long term year), a non-smoker, mid 20s or older. Looking for someone who values keeping spaces neat and clean. Maintaining hygienic living space is essential. The estate agent will require references, proof of employment and a credit check. If you have a visa, it needs to be valid during the whole period of your staying (minimum one year).
