We are looking for a new flatmate to join our warm, easygoing flat (female preferred). The Room is available in a shared house with four friendly girls. The contract is for a year with the opportunity to renew at the end or if needed you can break the contract early with a month's notice.

The Flat
A fully furnished upstairs room comes with a bed, bedside table, cupboard, and chest of drawers.
The flat itself has a shared living room and lounge area, kitchen, spacious backyard/patio and has two bathrooms. One shower and toilet is downstairs and another toilet and shower (with bath) is upstairs.

The Flatmates
The house has a relaxed and sociable vibe with housemates in their mid 20s to early 30s. We are a very international flat with flatmates from China, New Zealand, Poland, Mexico and even England. We’re a friendly group – a mix of working professionals and PhD students - looking for someone who is equally easygoing, respectful and responsible.

The Flat is at the end of a quiet street close to a neighbourhood park (2mins), Bus stop, Sainsbury's and shops (5mins), MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium (7mins), and the closest tube White City and Westfield Mall being a 15 minute walk away.
