The flat has an outdoor space, and there is a sizeable kitchen and shared living room.

I love this house and live here part time with my partner. He and I will be around mostly weekdays.

I am looking for a quiet, calm person to rent this room. Someone who loves neighbourhood feelings and wholesome activities.

The space is clean and really well cared for, i am looking for someone who will care for the house.
