A bright, comfortable room is available to rent in a well-kept 1930s terraced house in a friendly and respectful shared home.
The room comes fully furnished, including a TV, and the house has a fully equipped kitchen, shared dining area, living room, bathroom and garden.
All bills are included.
We are looking for a clean, independent professional or student who values a calm, tidy and considerate home environment. Shared responsibility for cleaning and general household hygiene is important to us.
The household operates on an open, friendly and honest basis, so communication is key. We believe a happy shared home works best when everyone feels comfortable and respected.
We also have a Belgian Shepherd dog who is very friendly and loving, so you must be comfortable around dogs.
Please note: there is a small salon located at the back of the house, so there may occasionally be clients visiting. For this reason, we aim to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere at all times, while still enjoying the shared facilities as normal.
