Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in a flat in the heart of Clapham.

5 mins from Clapham Common underground station, or 6 mins from Clapham North.

The flat is situated just off the high street and is in a prime location for Infernos, Sainsbury’s and all the cafes and bars Clapham has to offer. Whilst also being far enough away that to not be kept up at night by the hustle and bustle.

You’ll be sharing with Jack and Oli, both really sound lads, great fun. Both Jack and Oli work in Finance in the city, but also enjoy tennis, football, running, rugby.

The room comes with a wardrobe and we have an agreement of having a desk in the lounge for work from home days.
