Move in immediately. I loove this rom, moving out just because my exchange has finished.

Location is extremely convenient: 10 min walk to several different tube lines, buses etc. Very central area, super nice and lively, lots of caffès and shops nearby, 2 min walk to a large sports centre with gym, swimming pool and Spa -Porchester spa.

About the room and Flat:
Warm and comfortable room, double bed, fully furnished (mirrors, lamps, even pillows), heating works perfectly.
Apartment is shared with 3 amazing girls, all in their twenties, everyone is very clean!!
2 bathrooms with shower and one fully equipped kitchen (incl. oven) is shared between you.
Washing machine, fridge and everything is new, so It is nice to use it.

Price:
290 per week (1256 per month)
Bills are partly included, however you will be paying 290 every 4 months. It is fixed, so no matter how much water or electricity or so you have used.
