I'm looking for someone to take over my room from early September.
Just to be upfront, it's a license agreement rather than a standard tenancy, and it runs until 31 October. Taking over basically just means it gets switched into your name (the landlord will need to reference you first, standard ID/income checks etc.), so it's a fresh agreement rather than a sublet. You could also extend past October directly with the landlord if you wanted to stay longer.
The room's a good size, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk if you need to work from home, plenty of storage. Two big windows so it gets a lot of light. You'd be living with two other people, place is chilled.
The rent is £980 and the bills are included (Council tax band: D, wifi, water etc.)
Kitchen's got the basics, washing machine, and the toilet was just fixed along with a new washing machine recently put in, so no issues there.
