Double room:
£1,200pcm

Large bright double bedroom in a well maintained Edwardian home with high ceilings, large bay window and plenty of natural light. Situated on the first floor along with another double room and an office (which are not occupied) and a bathroom. Although we only have one bathroom (with an extra loo downstairs) we stagger the use of the bathroom and the lodger takes priority, so there isn't any problem.

Ideal for postgraduate/international student, any professional. Not suitable for full-time remote working.

The house is on a quiet, leafy cul de sac, 10 minutes walk from the vibrant bars, restaurants, cafes and farmer's market of Chamberlayne Road in Kensal Rise. It has close proximity to two parks and Willesden Sports Centre is 5 minutes walk away.

Extremely well connected with transport links. A short walk to Kensal Green, Kensal Rise and Willesden Junction Stations with the Overground, Bakerloo line and plenty of buses to central London.

We are a professional couple who work in Film/ Television and Fashion. Our bedroom is on the top floor of the house. We are relaxed, tidy and easy to get on with.

If you own a car you can use our off street parking as we have a parking permit.

We are pretty sociable couple, but it’s not a party house and would prefer a tenant who also has their own social life and doesn't work from home. When we are at home we tend to flop in front of the telly and watch films/ box sets.

There isn’t a desk pictured in the photographs, but there is one available if required and a chest of drawers.

Local cinema, library, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Gail's and other independent shops.
TERMS: £1,100pcm, all bills included ( gas, electricity, council tax, WiFi, water) payable monthly in advance.
DEPOSIT: £1,100.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY.
AVAILABILITY: 3 - 12 months.
NOTICE: one month either side.
