Hi there!
I’m Stef, 30 y/o, working in software and training as a psychotherapist alongside my job. I currently live in a one-bed in the same development (Bale & Anchor, Lewisham) and am looking for a friendly, open-minded person to join me in a lovely two-bed flat, available from early April.

The development
The building has a genuinely nice community feel. There are two blocks with shared access to a gym, yoga room, cinema room, library, games room, and a roof terrace with views over London. There are also community-led groups like workout classes and a running group. They regularly organise resident events.
Lewisham station is a 5-minute walk away, with DLR and trains getting you to London Bridge in around 10 minutes. There’s a small shop right next door and a big Tesco Superstore, which makes everyday life very easy.
About you
I’m ideally looking for someone who wants more than just a room, but wants to create a homey space to unwind, share the occasional meal, have a chat (or a drink) but ofc also respect each other’s space 🤍
I also come as a package deal with my friendly corgi Archie, so a dog lover (or at least dog-friendly) is important 🐶
