I am subletting a room in a 2 bed-2 bath new build flat (sharing the flat only with me)
Location: Old Oak Common (Zone 2). Nearest stations are North Acton (Central line), Willesden junction (Bakerloo, Lioness, Mildmay lines) and Acton Mainline (Elizabeth line). Bus 266 and 228.
The flat is in a new build development, on the 7th floor with a balcony. Well-equipped kitchen and cosy, modern looking living room. The room is a good size, comes with a comfy bed, a built-in wardrobe, a desk and a chair (ideal for WFH) and its own bathroom.
Shopping: There's a convenience store at the bottom of one of the blocks and also a grocery shop around the corner. Nearest Tesco's and Sainsbury's are in North Acton, Lidl at Savoy Circus (20 mins walk or bus 228). Westfield shopping centre is a short bus or tube ride away.
The rent is £300/week and I require a week deposit upon moving in. Signed contracts so both parties are covered. The room is available from mid April on a short term basis, ideally up to three months. This sublet could work well for individuals moving to London and needing a place to rent until they find somewhere long-term, or for people between rentals, etc.
about me: I am a kind, respectful female in her early 40's. I am not around much during the week, and I enjoy going to the gym at the weekends, meeting friends and do some meal prepping for the busy week ahead. I am an introvert but open to watch some Netflix/Prime or share some stories and a nice chat sometimes. I am a pescatarian but don't mind meat-eaters.
