Hi everyone. The standard of living depends on how a landlord manages the property. I have a well structured tenancy agreement in place to regulate shared living space. This house is only for those who is hoping to find a place which offers tension free peaceful stay. Your Name, where are you from, are you renting now? what is your profession, can you provide work and previous landlord reference, how long you would like to stay and have you shared a house before? why are you leaving your current house and when is your move in date to a new house.
I stated minimum two months stay because on or after 1 May, all tenancy will be periodic no minimum contract, however, once a tenant accepts a tenancy, they will have to give me a minimum of two month notice to vacate, this is the reason I stated minimum stay two month, but you're welcome to stay as long as you wish.
Avoid getting in touch with me if you hold a criminal record, you are unruly, and disrespectful to others, you don't like house rules. You don't clean after you make mess in the kitchen or bathrooms. I'm ideally looking for one working professional. However, I may consider a couple who understand the sensitivity behind a house share and who is a devout follower of rules laid out in the tenancy agreement. The rent I will charge you is £1,100 per month. No negotiations.
This cozy double room comes with a small flat screen TV. It's a 4-bed house, exceptionally clean and tidy, the room to let is nicely laid out with multi storage ceiling high wardrobes making it very cozy, fully furnished, currently, there are one female and two male occupants. There is two bathrooms in the house one on ground floor and one in second floor. The house is located about 1 minutes from POPLAR DLR and two minutes from WESTFERY DLR station . The house has a rear garden where tenants can seat & Chat. The house does not have a separate dining room, the kitchen has an island with seats.
Two types of let are available in this room, take a pick.
1. The rent for this room for a single person is £850.00 per calendar Month.
2. Couples for £1100. PCM.
I do not assign more than 5 tenants in this house.
Please only get in touch if you are in full time employment, no self-employed people. Also, avoid approaching me if you are a party person and listen to loud music in the house. A shared house means diverse types of people live in it and their rights should always be respected.

Your quality!
Preferably, you have experience of house share. Hold a friendly attitude. You like cleanliness and respect other people’s existence in the house and you have the tendency to accept the new house as your own, therefore, you feel at home. Furthermore, you have No Criminal Records, you are legally allowed to live here in the UK, you can provide good references. You have never defaulted in rent payments before. I will ask for your previous landlord and current employer to provide reference.
RENT includes:
Water Bills, TV License, High-speed Fiber optics Internet service, Council tax, Gas Bill, Electric Bill, House Maintenance, including communal use Fridge Freezer's Washing Machine/ Dryer, Microwave, Kettle, Electric Hobs and Oven.
House Cleaning: All cleaning materials are in the house tenants keep the house clean.
