Hello,

I'm moving and a double room is available from May in our lovely, light Brockley flat. There's a shared living room, spacious kitchen with a dining table, bath and lots of communal storage (good for bikes etc.). There is space in the living room for a desk, which is great if you work from home. The kitchen and bedrooms look onto Brockley Cemetery woods, which makes the flat feel like a little green oasis!

The bedroom is bright with a very large cupboard for extra storage.

The flat is unfurnished, but there is already a couple of nice sofas and a dining table and a few other bits.

You'll be living with Kate (30) my wonderful housemate who works in Music Education. Kate currently works from home two days per week, and in her free time enjoys playing music (not at home!), running, reading, crochet and yoga. Kate is out and about quite a lot but does enjoy cooking together and watching TV etc when we’re both at home home!

The flat is really close to Crofton Park station, and is about 10-15 minute walk to Brockley and Ladywell.

Sadly no pets are allowed! :-(

I'll be moving out on or around 10 May, but very happy to discuss dates.
