I’m looking for someone who needs a comfortable room on a Monday-to-Friday basis, although I’m open to fewer days per week for reduced rent. You would not need to pack up each weekend, and you’re welcome to leave your belongings in the room.

The flat is around a 10-minute walk from either Clapham North or Brixton, with great transport links nearby. It is also close to a large Tesco, Lidl, a gym, cinema, and plenty of
restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops.

The room is a furnished double, and all bills are included.
You would mainly be sharing with me, and occasionally with my girlfriend Sophie, who lives away from the flat for most of the week due to work commitments.

I work as an accountant, mostly from the office, and Sophie is a primary school teacher. We enjoy going to the gym, playing tennis, and going out locally.

During the daytime the flat is usually quiet and often empty, as we are both out at work or school.

The room is available from 7 September.

This would suit a tidy, respectful professional looking for a calm, convenient place to stay during the working week.
