We have a large en-suite room available for a couple in SW19 (in between Morden & Wimbledon).
Private bathroom, large double bedroom. Shared kitchen, lounge and garden. The room is huge and furnished. It gets lots of natural light and has a lovely shared garden.
We need someone to take over our contract from 1st June (possibly earlier if needed). 🙏 Will be a rolling tenancy.
The room costs £1200 for 1 person, or £1270 per month for a couple (£635 each). All bills are included.
The location:

• 10 minute walk to Morden station (northern line).
• 5 minute walk to South Merton station (Thameslink).
• 20 minute walk to Wimbledon station (district line, southern, thameslink, overground).
