Lovely and bright double bedroom available in a 3-bed flat in the heart of Stoke Newington. Available from mid-September.

The flat is located in Stoke Newington, right next to Stoke Newington Common and near the Stoke Newington Overground Station. It is furnished, spans the two upper floors of a house, and is very spacious and full of light. There is a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom (with toilet) and separate toilet. We also have access to the front garden of the house. We are looking for someone to move into the biggest room of the flat, which would be £1100/month (excluding bills and Council Tax band D). It has two big windows, two built-in closets, a king-size bed and a desk.

The flat is conveniently located with a corner shop at the end of the road, bigger supermarkets a short walk away, many bus lines stopping close by and the overground (Weaver line) less than 10 minutes away. There are also many nearby parks and green spaces.

A little bit about us - the other two rooms are filled with a 27-year-old who works in theatre and a 26-year-old who works in the environmental sector. We have been friends for a long time, are calm, clean and thoughtful. We are hoping to create a lovely home together.
