Hello, I am very excited to find someone for the room in my newly renovated Victorian home at the top of Lovelace Drive at the cross-junction between Hernhill and West Dulwich, an incredibly leafy and sought-after area, which is conveniently a 2-minute walk to Tulse Hill with excellent and quick transport into London. :)

You would be joining me (creative, sporty, clean, commercial consultant, I work in creative software) and Bosco the tiny well-behaved dog (Bosco is a Kokoni rescue from Cyprus and lives 50% of the time with his mum in Camberwell, co-parenting). He is exceptionally well-behaved and quiet! Barely a sound. Seriously.

Perfect for someone who appreciates a bright, tranquil space with a sunset view. Bigger than it looks in the photos. Currently furnished with a new double ottoman bed and a chest of drawers. There is a large clothes rail and a large mirror above the bed.. It could fit a wardrobe or hanging rails to the right cove. We can discuss anything you would like to add or take away to make it yours :). There is panelling on the internal wall, not featured in photos.

THE FLAT
Spacious, bright, plant-filled LIVING ROOM for hanging out, eating, playing music, relaxing at the end of the day, and watching TV. It’s pretty well furnished but open to any additions. I have all the streaming subscriptions, Netflix, Amazon and Disney.
Currently, there is no dining table/chairs, but a kitchen bench is on the agenda. I purchased the property last year, which has since had a full refurbishment, new paint, carpets and fit out. There is a skylight in the hallway.

THE BATHROOM
Everything you need from a bathroom, cute Victorian tiles, recently added a new shower screen, fittings and it received a paint job so it's fresh!

I am a creative, active and friendly person. Professionally, the director of a software company and get involved with music and arts events - I enjoy production.

Socially, I love to see my friends, go to the cinema and gigs. I unwind by doing exercise, and you'll often find me out with the dog.
