Hi everyone,

I’ll be traveling back to my home country for three weeks and am looking for a clean, respectful person to sublet my room during that time. The room is available strictly from 6th March to 27th March. Please make sure the room is cleaned before you move out.

Full payment is required in advance before arrival. The deposit will be refunded once you vacate the room and the property has been inspected.

As this is a sublet, some of my belongings will remain in the cupboards and drawers. You’re welcome to share the space for your things, but please do not remove any of my items.

The price is negotiable since it’s a short, three-week stay.
