We’re looking for someone fun, friendly, and sociable to join our flat on Hackney Road (E2).

THE ROOM: is a HUGE space, enough for desk, bed, sofa, multiple storage units, whatever you want really. It’s tucked at the back of the house, so quiet in the evenings also.

LOCATION: The house is located right in the middle of Haggerston Park, Broadway Market, Colombia Road, Shoreditch, Bethnal Green etc... if you want Hackney, the location doesn't get any better.

Underground/Overground links to Hoxton, Cambridge Heath, and Bethnal Green station all close by. Bus stop literally outside the front door.

THE HOUSE MATES: You’ll be living with four other busy working professionals (24–34 – 3 girls, 1 guy) who enjoy hanging out together, but also have our own lives.

RENT: is £906 a month excl. bills (approx. £100 all in)

AVAILABLE: Ideal move in date would be 3 October - however there is some flexibility.

NOTE: Room is unfurnished but current flatmate is willing to sell off furniture for cheap
