We're looking to renew our lease and fill two large rooms in our big house as sadly some of our housemates are off for other adventures.

The house:
This is a large 4 bedroom house. Each room has a large wardrobe and there is the possibility to purchase the furniture from the previous tenants.

We have 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with two fridges, a dining room for lovely dinners and a sitting room. We also have a backyard, perfect for BBQs and summer days.

Location:
We are located on the weaver line (overground) between Rectory Road and Clapton. A 7 mn walk from Stoke Newington and Hackney Downs. We have plenty of buses going into central such as the 76 (going to King's X) and 254 (going to Waterloo).
Lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants, green areas, etc. around!

Housemates:
- One room is occupied by Paul, 29, British - works in Marketing. Likes climbing, cycling, festivals, pubs.

- One room is occupied by Camille, 32, French - works in events for a university. Does pottery, likes exhibitions, festivals, pubs, travelling.

We're both easy going, got a good sense of humour (we think), are clean. We would like to find housemates who are on the same vibe, have their own social circle but also like to go to the pub or have dinner/have a BBQ as a house from time to time.

The boring stuff:
- Room 1: £1200 (singles only)
- Room 2: £1400 (couples only)
Bills: they vary between £100-150 per person depending on the time of the year, and we get a cleaner twice a month.
