Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely flat! The landlords are aware and happy for a tenancy swap, so the new tenant would take over the existing contract.

(Photos are from before I moved in, but happy to provide photos of what it looks like styled/lived in if better and garden!)

The room itself is a large top-floor bedroom, so it’s really quiet and gets good light. It has a big built-in closet, plus there’s additional storage both inside the room and just outside it, which has been really handy.

The flat has loads of character with high ceilings and a spacious entrance hallway. There’s a large kitchen and dining area that overlooks the garden, a big lounge, and a renovated pink bathroom with a bath.

There’s also a private garden, which is great in the summer, and parking is available via permit (£33/month) if needed.

The location is honestly one of the best things about the place. You’re about 2 minutes from both Hackney Central and Hackney Downs, with loads of buses nearby. There’s a pub on the corner, the main high street just around the corner, and you can easily walk to London Fields or Victoria Park.

It’s a really nice, peaceful flat and the top-floor room makes it especially quiet compared to most places in the area.

The flat is also pet friendly.
