Hi! We are looking for a housemate to live with us in Seven Sisters (N15). Looking for someone chilled, friendly and clean to take our spare room. The room is furnished with a double bed, a set of drawers, a small wardrobe and a desk - but if you have furniture you can get rid of what's already there as it was left by previous housemates.
Open to short-term let, from 3-6 months
The flat is a 3 bed split-level flat with one bathroom, a living room, kitchen and small roof area at the back.. Extremely close to Seven Sisters tube/overground (about a 3 minute walk away) so there is great bus connections and multiple shops and businesses/takeaway/restaurants etc so super convenient for food shopping etc. South Tottenham overground is also about 5 min walk away.
We are pretty chilled and quiet during the week but sometimes have people over at the weekends.
We have a (very friendly) cat so MUST be cat friendly. and we're both smokers so must be comfortable with that.
We are big into music and the festival scene, love to cook, play xbox and chill, big interest in film etc etc, if you feel like you might be a good fit then give us a shout and we can arrange a viewing and see how it goes.
Full time worker is probably the best fit but mature students etc will be considered :)
