We are looking to fill our master ensuite room. The room is super spacious with two large wardrobes, lovely natural light and an ensuite, located on the top level of the house.

Located in Haggerston, it's an ideal spot - part way between London Fields and De Beauvoir. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen and separate lounge, all fully furnished.

The current flatmates are all kiwis between 28-30 and are working professionals in property / law. Looking for a working professional (or a couple) of similar age and interests.

Rent is £1,525 pcm excl bills, which come to approx £150 p/month and cheaper in summer. This also includes a fortnightly cleaner. Deposit is 5 weeks rent. Open to a single or a couple.

Move in ideally from the 19th of April but with some flexibility. There is also the opportunity to sublet from 8th of March with the official moving in date and lease transfer to be effective from mid April. You would be signing onto a 5 month lease until mid September with possibility of extension. Please message if you are interested and fit the criteria!
