My current housemate is moving out so looking for someone to take his room in our 105m2, 3 room 2 bathroom flat in a beautiful part of Marylebone. There will only be two of us in this flat so we each have our own room and bathroom and we use the third room as an office space (with heaps of storage).

The room itself is fully furnished (with a super king size bed) light and spacious, with a large built-in wardrobe.

The building is great and we have a 24 hour concierge, a small gym, a sauna, and a shared outdoor terrace area.

This flat is too good to lose so keen to find a clean and respectful housemate to move in on 15th of May.

Im a 35 year old Aussie working in real estate development and have lived in London for the last 3 years. I love getting stuck in to all that London has to offer. Very active and big into brazilian jiujitsu, gym, and golf. Always up for a beer but also treat home as a sanctuary to chill out and relax
