- Bright, spacious double room with private bathroom in an owner-occupied home
- 4 mins walk from Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) and 1-2 minutes to St George's Hospital

- The house is also home to two very friendly cats, who firmly come as part of the package so I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys living with pets, rather than just tolerates them.

Transport

- Excellent transport links, with the Northern Line providing quick access to Central London, plus a wide range of bus routes nearby
- Tooting overground station within 10 mins

- Queen-size ottoman bed
- Large 5-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables

- Private bathroom next to the room - effectively an en-suite — I have my own en-suite
- Direct garden access via a spiral staircase, which I don't use

- The video/photos were taken end of last year by a house swap platform - it’s much more lived in that, and there’s now lots of cat stuff and a peloton.

The cats

- I have two cats, rescued them in February, both around a year old: Winston Churchill and Toto Wolff
- I'm very much a dog person, but they're basically dogs in cat form: affectionate, playful and always wanting to be around people
- My recent lodger was less familiar with cats, both he and his girlfriend fell in love with them
- They're very much part of the home, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys and has has experience living with pets. They currently have free run of the house, you're welcome to keep your bedroom door closed if you'd prefer them not to come in
- I'm an early riser, in reality - whoever is up or home first tends to feed them their wet food
- Ideally no additional pets, although I'm happy to discuss this

Who I'm looking for

- Ideally a professional or mature/postgraduate student who is tidy, respectful and independent
- I'm a professional working in investment management. I like to keep the house relaxed, friendly and welcoming, and really keen that you feel at home here!
- Single occupancy preferred, although I may consider a couple at a higher rent
- Smoker allowed as long as not indoors, there is a roof terrace and garden
