Looking for a grown up, professional, quiet but friendly home; a place to enjoy and relax in? Perhaps this one's for you...
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room on offer is a lovely bright double and comes fully furnished. You would share a large shower room with one other person; my lodger Imogen (who comes with a little cat called Mars). I'm not around that often.
Imogen has a hybrid job at an events tech company in Dalston, is in her early 30s, loves cooking, gardening and photography, and is often seeing friends or working out at the gym.
There is a living room as well as a separate dining/second siitting room. So lots of shared space. In addition there is a large roof terrace and a small courtyard garden.
Ideally looking for a friendly female who is tidy and communicative. 30+ would be great, but a mature person in their late 20s would work equally well...
The house is located on a quiet, tree lined residential street, a 10 minute walk from both Forest Gate Station (Elizabeth line) and Wanstead Park Station (London Overground Suffragette Line), and super close to Wanstead Flats park.
Well situated for shopping at Westfield or the supermarkets on the high street. There are also a couple of rather convenient corner shops within a minute's walk for last minute essentials.
The rent is £925 per month and bills are roughly £150 per month, which includes a cleaner once a week.
If you like the sound of this and think you'd be a great fit I'd love to hear from you!
