Currently looking for two tidy, friendly, respectful and most of all fun people to take over two of the four cosy double rooms in our Vauxhall townhouse!

🗓️ Bedroom 1 is available for short-term let from 6th - 15th April whilst travelling and long-term rental from 30th April.

🗓️ Bedroom 2 is available for long-term rental from 30th April (flexible up to 12th May).

🚂 The house is very well connected with 3 tube stations within walking distance:
- 5 min walk to Nine Elms Station (Northern)
- 8 min walk to Stockwell Station (Northern, Victoria)
- 10 min walk to Vauxhall Station (Victoria, National Rail Services)

🛒 Easy access to shops:
- 5 min walk to massive Sainsbury’s
- 8 min walk to Lidl
- 2 to 3 minutes from co-op and food spots

💵 Rent: £1000/month + bills (usually £50-100 a month)

Current flatmates
2 friendly, easy-going male housemates in their late 20s/early 30s, one from Australia and one from England.

They both love to cook and are into their sport; climbing, netball, padel, running and gym. However, even with all this the house is rarely empty and they will be around if you ever want to hang out and watch tv/a movie or they are also happy to also give you your space.

On the weekends, they are social and often out seeing friends in the city but are always up for doing something.

The two flatmates leaving have loved their time in the flat (one of which has been here 3+ years) and are only leaving as they are going traveling and changing jobs.
