I've got a double room that's available now.

The room is furnished as can seen from the pics. All bills are already included in the rent.

The flat itself is situated in front of Goose Green and it's only a 5 mins walk to Peckham Rye Park and Peckham Common.

Facilities such as the bathroom, living room and kitchen would be shared. The flat has a washing machine and comes with quick broadband.

There are excellent transport facilities available in the area leading to Central London. Bus routes 176,40,37,185 and 484 run through here. East Dulwich Overground Station is also just a 5 min walk from the flat.

Lordship Lane, which is right next to the flat, has lots of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as a Picturehouse Cinema. All major supermarkets have branches within 5-10 mins walking distance, so grocery shopping is a breeze.

The flat would be shared with 1 other person (me).

I'm quiet and easy going. I do love playing sports (I play football and badminton on a regular basis), watching movies and catching up on missed TV shows.

I am someone who respects personal space, property and the privacy of others. If you want to be left alone, that's fine and if you want to have a chat, I'd love to do that too.

With regards to cleanliness, we both just need to make sure that the shared areas are kept clean by both of us and that we clean up after ourselves.
