We are looking for friendly clean and tidy creative/artist to join our beautiful warehouse.

The House:
You would be sharing this amazing warehouse with 15 others. Most people work or are heavily interested in creative outlets such as music, circus, photography, sound engineers, videographer, hair dressing, set design, start-ups, art etc. Most people in the house have an interest in wellbeing and fitness so it would be a great fit for someone who is also interested in these things (we have a house gym in the
living room).

15 might sound like a lot but it doesn't really feel like your living with that many & people generally have different schedules & utilities are not feeling stretched.
3 Toilets, 3 showers, 3 hobs, 4 ovens, 3 kitchen sinks , 6 fridges , 2 Washing machines & the space in general just feels like it has been designed for this many to live so it is very nice. The place is always changing but we currently have a house gym with weights and space to work out in the lounge & a fire in the winter garden. We also have a few DJ's in the house so, despite not being a party warehouse, we do have the occasional party.
We also have an office space with 5-6 desks.

ABOUT YOU:
This room is best suited to a creative or artist who can use the space to develop their artistry/craft and get involved with the community.
We want someone who will bring something to the group & will be our friend. We would want somebody with good communication, morals & understanding who will care for the house & the people in it and help make it a better place. We go to events & parties & get involved in each others projects. We have loads of plants.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and sees the upkeep of the house as a shared responsibility, who takes care of their mess, cleans up after themselves and takes initiative for house tasks. Treating the house as a home.

The space is always evolving with the people in it so someone who will contribute ideas and subscribe to wanting to make it a better space would be welcome.

*We have a beautiful cat called Beans, so probably can't accommodate additional pets.
*We have an additional £10/month kitty to cover cleaning products and house essentials (loo rolls etc)

All other bills are included (electricity, gas, internet, council and a cleaner twice a week for the shared areas).
