A bright, spacious room is available in a friendly two‑bed flat in Maida Vale. I’m looking for a tidy, easy‑going professional in or mature student who wants a calm, comfortable place to come home to.

It’s furnished with a double bed and mattress, a desk and chair, fitted wardrobe, lamp and all new bedding required (all still in its packaging). All bills included (including Council Tax - Band C)
