Sadly three of us are leaving our lovely house in Bethnal Green!

Incredible location, just round the corner from Columbia Road flower market, brick lane, close to Shoreditch high street, and Bethnal Green stations.

We’ve lived in the house for 5 years and will be very sad to leave it! You’ll be joining 2 other lovely housemates who are looking forward to recreating the wholesome house dynamic!

The three rooms available are:

R1 - Smaller room - £600 + bills (available from June 23rd onwards)
R2 - Second largest room - £690 + bills (available from end of May/early June/flexible)
R3 - Largest room - £730 + bills (available from June 23rd onwards)

Deposit is 738.40 for each room

Bills average around 100 a month, definitely less than that in the summer, and not usually much more in the winter.

Looking to sell some of the furniture from our rooms if wanted as well :)

Viewings are mostly gonna take place on the 27th April - but if not possible dm us and we can try figure something out😘😘😘
