Access info: There are two long narrow steps up to the entrance, and a very narrow, set of steep stairs leading down to the kitchen so please be aware that it is not accessible for those that would be impeded by this.
We are currently not a fragrance, scent, or spray-free home

Description: We have a Kitchen/diner, one bath/shower, huge beautiful garden, just off Chatsworth road, with very good transport links, cute shops, lots of nice green grocers and lots of parks near by (Mill Fields, Hackney Marshes, Victoria park, Olympic park). We all love our flat!

Less than ten minutes to Homerton overground and Lower Clanton Rd and about 15 minutes walk to Hackney Central / Mare St.

It's a very chill, quiet, non smoking house, definitely not a party house, everyone is in their 30s, all tidy, creative and working lots. As the flat is relatively small and has little space in terms of communal areas which is reflected in the price of the rent, (no living room) it will suit someone who usually does lots outside of the house, work or otherwise, additionally we are not open to couples. We need to stick to a total of 4 flatmates.

The room is a good size on the lower floor next kitchen and the garden, not wheelchair accessible. Comes unfurnished.

About us: You'll be sharing the house with three flatmates:

Chloe (she / her) is a jeweller who works full time for a company and works from home one day a week. She’s been in the flat for 6 months

Eli (they/them) is a barista, DJ and illustrator/graphic designer. (Practice music outside the flat). Has been in the flat for 3 years.

Xoey (she/her) is a Studio Manager who works from home twice a week. Has been in the flat for 1 year.
