The Room:

A bright, fully furnished double bedroom with a private bathroom exclusively for you. The washing machine is located inside your room, stylishly enclosed and silent, so it won’t disturb you. The room faces the garden, is cosy, and perfect for a professional looking for a quiet, comfortable space.

Just to be clear, the room is on the more compact side. It works very well for someone who lives fairly simply and doesn’t have a large amount of belongings, but it may not suit someone needing significant workspace or extra furniture. The floor plan is included in the ad, so please do have a look before arranging a viewing.

My flatmate of 3.5 years recently bought his own place, so I’m looking for the right person to replace him. This flat has a private bathroom for your room, which is a rare convenience in St John’s Wood.

PS: I don’t have any pets, but I’m a big fan of cats, so I’d happily consider a flatmate with one (of course, subject to landlord approval).

This flat is ideal for someone who really values the area, the overall quality of the flat and the transport links. If you are mainly looking for a large bedroom, it may not be the best fit.
