Friendly houseshare with all females 22-30 year olds and looking for a mature friendly housemate in our house in Avery Hill, New Eltham by the University of Greenwich Avery Hill Campus (5-10 minutes walk) and Rose Bruford College (20 minutes by bus)

We are 18 minutes walk away from two stations New Eltham & Falconwood (Zone 4) and fast train of 20mins into Central London.

A bright and spacious double room (£775 pcm), with built-in storage.

The double room is available with all bills included, and comes completely furnished.

The deposit required is £500, which is returned at the end of the tenancy. The bills included are all utilities,
and a cleaner
