Hey! I am currently renting this room, but will not be in London over the summer so am looking for someone to take over my contract.
I won't make any profit, just trying to avoid pointless expense.

Its a really nice new build student block, less than 3min walk from both West Hampstead underground and Overground. The flat should be pretty quiet over the summer as most people will go away.

20 mins walk from Hampstead Heath which will be particularly nice over summer.

10 mins walk from a big Sainsbury's, and loads of local stores within 5 mins.

30 mins tube to Central london in normal conditions, or 45 if its very busy.
As a non-londoner this might sound like a lot but its actually pretty great.
If you cycle there is also a really nice route past the Abby Road studios, and through Hyde Park that takes about the same time.

There is a free small gym in the building which is usually very quiet, a just re-firbished common room, and a nice big piazza to relax in during good weather.

Secure Bike Storage.

I wont risk a sublet, so please only contact if you are willing to takeover the contract. It is a very simple process all managed online. Though, you are ofcourse welcome to visit in advance of an agreement.
