I am looking for 2 flatmates to join me in renting a 3b2b flat in East village. There are couples for available dates to start in early June time, I am hoping to start no later than 17thJun.

About me:
You will be living with me and my dog Polo( a corgi x dachshund mix). He is very calm and gentle, well toilet trained outside the house, never destroy stuff and seldom barks. I am a working professional going to office twice a month, most of the time I will be WFH and stay in my room, polo will be with me also. I love going to gym and try out different new studios in london, weekend I will do a morning coffee run exploring new bakeries. I am super chill and respect boundaries between people.

I am hoping the flatmate will accept my dog to walk around in the living room sometime, I will try not to disturb others but I still hope you will understand he can't be locked in the room for 24/7. I usually will hoover the floor twice per day. And I will keep the flat clean as they were orginally.

💫 The flat is situated in a quite street in a secured building (with lift access), comes fully furnished with a double bed/mattress and fitted wardrobes and an ensuite. The room as well as the rest of the flat have big windows with lots of natural light coming through. It also has a beautiful balcony, perfect for those summer days! The flat comes with a winter garden so its easy for storage as well.

💫 5 min walk to Stratford international station (DLR), 10 min walk to Westfield Shopping Centre and to Stratford underground (Lizzie line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, National Rail) so it’s very well connected. There are lots of cute restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, parks and grocery stores (M&S, Waitrose & Sainsbury Local) all within walking distance.
