I am looking for someone to take over a lovely large double room in a professional flat in Denmark Hill/Camberwell. The room is furnished with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chairs, bookshelf. Also the room has its own small private balcony.
I've really enjoyed living in this flat, great for professionals. I'm leaving to move in with my partner. No shared living room in the flat, but there is a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. Three other housemates, all very lovely and responsible. Not a party flat, we're all busy but we get along. There is a weekly cleaning rota.
Four person flat right next to King's College Hospital, two tenants currently work there. Excellent area, 5 mins walk to Denmark Hill overground. Bus links to most areas, 20 mins to Oval or Elephant and Castle, 45-55 mins to central. Lots of shops and cafes around, plenty of green space and parks.
Managed by private landlords who are very responsible and responsive and who take care of their tenants.
The rent including all bills is £885 and deposit £999 (lodged with the DPS) ie rent of £800 pm plus bills of £85 pm.
Rent is payable monthly in advance.
The mortgage does not allow us to take housing benefit tenants. You must be in employment or a student and provide a telephone number/email for references - work (UK guarantor if a student) and previous landlord - and if you are not British you must show proof of a visa if applicable.
Contracts are individual with a flexible leaving arrangement to avoid rent payment beyond the desired date of leaving.
No couples for this room.
No pets
No smoking
