Furnished Double Room with shared bathroom with a bath available in our 4 bedroom house. Second room available on the first floor. The house has 3 floors with garden and terrace. You would occupy ground floor front room. The room is bright and large approximately 4m by 4m. We are a family of four, kids 14 and 9 years old. We are working from home 2 days a week. We have used to sharing the house and we are social and but life is busy so we like to rest when home. Living Room-Kitchen and Garden are shared. The road is quiet and has parking restrictions however a resident permit is available if you have a car. Space for bikes to lock to. The access to central London is around 45 minutes. The closest tube stations are Walthamstow/ Blackhorse road/ Leyton or Train stations such as lea bridge road./ Walthamstow queens road/ St James street station.
Monday to friday possible at reduced rent.


The rent is incl of bills, (Wi-Fi, gas, water, electrics, tv license, council tax). We have a cleaner and that will be additional.
