Hi, I’m Carlo, and I’m renting out my room in a bright, quiet, and spacious flat in Clapton, East London.

You would be sharing the flat with Tommaso, who is a lecturer in arts at a university in London. He’s a fantastic flatmate: kind, respectful, easy-going, and genuinely pleasant to live with. We’re looking for someone similar — a mature, considerate, and tidy person who is comfortable sharing a home, takes care of the common spaces, and respects privacy.

The room itself is spacious, bright, and fully furnished, with a double bed with a brand new mattress, a very large two-door wardrobe, a desk, and a chest of drawers. It offers plenty of storage and works really well for someone looking for a comfortable, practical, and peaceful place to stay.

The flat is quiet and has a calm atmosphere, but the area is also lively and very well connected. Both Clapton and Rectory Road Overground stations are within easy walking distance, making it simple to get around London. You’ll also find lots of restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, cafes, local shops, and small independent stores nearby, which gives the neighbourhood a really nice feel.

One of the best things about living here is being so close to Hackney Marshes and plenty of green space — ideal if you enjoy walking, running, or simply having nature nearby while still being in London.
