Nice small double room in a flat to share with the owner. The flat is located in a quite street 7 minutes walk to Holloway rd station (picadilly line) or 9 minutes walk to finsbury park station (victoria and picadilly line) that will take you to London west end within 15 minutes..
Also many buses connections and night buses are available .
Two big shopping center ( Morrison and Waitross ) are less then 5 minutes walk from the flat.
The flat is quite modern, the room is nice and cosy overlooking a great private garden.
I'm looking for a lodger who take care of the place as his own, clean, tidy and quiet.
Also, someone who is open minded fun and easy to live with. Spanish speaker will be a plus as I'm learning Spanish..!! I play guitar but always when alone in the flat, so no worries about the noise.
The room can be either fully rented or rented Monday to Friday at a different price,
