We are a family of three with an 8-year-old child (well-behaved) looking for a respectful, tidy lodger who needs a room.

About the Room & House:

Fully furnished private room & Fitted wardrobes snd storage under bed.

Shared kitchen with appliances. Espresso machine/ Nutri BulletWashing machine/Toaster/Dishwasher/Air fryer/Gas cooker/Fridge Freezer/Filter tap/ Grill.

Shared bathroom.

Use of garden - the garden is currently being updated with decking, chairs, garden swing and lights.

Cleaner provided, but lodger must maintain a tidy room

Bills included. Tv in room.

House Rules:

No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking

Living room may be used with family and or when we are not present as long as there is respect - We’ve had lovely experiences with previous lodgers and maintain a friendly, respectful home. Where we’ve naturally got on well, lodgers have sometimes joined us socially, but this is always based on mutual comfort and respect.

Respect the furniture and shared spaces.

Must be polite, respectful, and comfortable in a family environment.
