We are looking for a sublet for our three-storey house.
Dates are mid-July to mid-August (some flexibility on dates)

Ideally looking for a male to keep the balance but obviously open to meet everyone.

The house is spread over three floors, with a lovely living space leading out to a backyard, a modern kitchen, downstairs washroom, a bathroom on each floor and rooftop access. House is council tax band E.

We live a short walk to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, London Fields and Lauriston Road. We have three overground stations near us, as well as lots of busses into the city / central London, and a Tesco and a Lidl only a 5 minute walk away.
